With the financial support of Fleet Group, Data Insightopia is looking for two Junior Machine Learning Engineers to work with the Data Science team.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy ML models — with a focus on Computer Vision projects
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (data collection, preprocessing, training, deployment)
• Work with YOLOv model, TensorFlow, and PyTorch on real-time object detection or image classification tasks
• Develop and deploy APIs using Flask for serving ML models
• Use Docker to containerize applications for smooth deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with ML and Computer Vision projects
• Strong experience with TensorFlow, YOLOv model, and PyTorch
• Familiar with Flask for serving ML models via APIs
• Working knowledge of Docker
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV, etc.
• Strong understanding of image processing, supervised learning, and CNN architectures
• Familiarity with Git and version control

💼 Bonus Skills

(Not required, but given preference)

• Knowledge of cloud deployment (e.g., AWS EC2, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with MLOps practices
• Basic front-end knowledge to help with dashboarding or UI integration

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver polished products
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
• Use modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI/UX design and prototyping
• Present and explain design decisions to stakeholders and team members

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies and polished UI projects
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Familiarity with basic front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Develop and implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Integrate databases and ensure high performance and responsiveness
• Work closely with frontend developers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver complete solutions
• Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and security
• Maintain and improve code quality through code reviews and best practices
• Create and maintain technical documentation for backend processes

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 2–3 years of professional experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using Django or Flask frameworks
• Good understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs (GraphQL knowledge is a plus)
• Knowledge of containerization and deployment using Docker
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of responsive design principles and frontend optimization techniques
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical documents to provide timely feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Execute manual tests on web and mobile applications to identify issues
• Document bugs clearly and thoroughly, and collaborate with developers to resolve them
• Conduct regression, system, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Perform post-release validation to ensure smooth deployment
• Continuously improve QA processes and testing strategies

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in QA testing roles
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with manual testing for web and mobile applications
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems like Jira or Trello
• Good understanding of both white-box and black-box testing techniques
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience with basic SQL queries and API testing (Postman knowledge is a plus)
